What happens if my appointment is cancelled?If a client has an appointment cancelled if a student is unable to attend a class due to circumstances, a credit will be issued to the client to use at a later appointment.

Do you retail products used in treatments?Yes. Clients will be able to purchase retail products at the end of a treatment. Your therapist will conduct a consultation during your appointment and will be able to recommend after care and retail products.

Are children allowed in the salon?Children are not permitted during a treatment. Unless supervised by another adult in the waiting area.

What is the age requirement to attend the student salon?Clients must be 16 years of age or over. Any client 16-17 years old must have a guardian sign their consultation form.

What are the prices like?The salon prices are very affordable and a fraction of salon prices. This is due to the fact our students are still in training under strict supervision.

Is the Student Salon in a private area?Student Salon is separate from the training rooms. Treatments are conducted in a simulated salon environment with individual treatment areas.

Can I request a particular student?If you have had a positive treatment with a student, you may request this student again provided they are rostered on at the time you are requesting the appointment.

Are hygiene practices followed?Students are taught in both the classroom training environment and whilst in the student salon to abide by strict health and safety standards and guidelines. Students will wear gloves during certain treatments such a waxing and pedicures.

How do I book an appointment?All appointments are made using our online booking system or by calling 1300 711 072.

Do you do male waxing?Yes we offer chest and back wax only.
